Three of Western Norway’s top chefs meet in a live Mystery Basket grill battle at Bergen Matfestival, competing for the title of Vestlandets Grillmester 2026. With a yakitori grill as their only heat source, the finalists are judged on flavour, grilling technique, creativity and their understanding of ingredients.
